CHILDREN

For the safety of your children and out of respect for other guests and our team, we kindly ask that you do not bring children into the salon for your reservation.

If your child is receiving services, please reserve a separate time from your personal reservation. This will lead to less distraction for you, other guests, and our team.

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW

We require a credit card on file at the time of booking a reservation. For the cancellation (including rescheduling) of a reservation, we require a notice of no less than 24 hours. If a reservation is cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice or a guest does not arrive for the reservation (then, considered “no-show”), a fee of 50% of all services booked will be charged to the credit card on file.

If a guest is 15 minutes late or more, we, unfortunately, are unable to render that service, therefore the guest is considered a no-show, and a fee of 50% of missed the services will be charged to the credit card on file.

SERVICE RE-DO

We strive to offer our guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you have challenges with your cut or color, contact us within 7 days of your visit and we will be happy to make adjustments at no additional charge. 

RETAIL RETURN

If you should be unsatisfied with a retail purchase, we will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your initial purchase date.
